Training & Mentorship

Our Team is always working to get better in all different aspects of the business. We have a Training Calendar that will keep you growing, week over week.

  • Open Role Play (zoom) - Monday - Friday 8:30am - 9:15am

  • Team Huddle - Wednesday 10am - 11am

  • Sales Training - Wednesday 12:30pm - 1:45pm

  • Agent Launch (New Agents) - Friday 11:15am - 12:30pm

We also have experience based trainings or masterminds. This way you're in the room with others who are in your same position. There is no lack of training on our Team.

NEW AGENTS: All New Agents that join Onyx Homes interview each of our mentors. You decide who is best suited to help you launch your career. Your mentor will help you close your first three deals.

EXPERIENCED AGENTS: Coach with our Owner, Christian Stubbs. You will also have access to his coaches. If you want to level up your business, this is where it happens.

We are very selective with the Agents that we bring onto the Team. We know we offer a ton to our Agents, and we have high expectations in return.
