Doing what it takes to be successful

Don’t underestimate what it takes to be successful.

Fast Value: There is no getting around doing the work. Pick up the phone, have conversations, set appointments, do deals. On the flip side, get better at your craft. Trainings, podcasts, roleplay & books will make you more money than anything.

This is a bit of a proud team leader brag.

Last week, I sent an email that broke down our numbers so far this year.

Our agents needed to make 23 phone calls per working day to generate $312k in GCI.

Wild…

… so why don’t more agents do what it takes?

I think there are 2 major reasons:

  1. They don’t know what to do or what to say
  2. They don’t have leads to “work”

No leads force you to spend all your time on lead generation.

If you’re spending all your time on lead generation, you’re not converting leads.

If you don’t know what to do or say, you end up doing nothing.

Sound familiar?

I was in the same position when I started in the business.

Once I found lead generation, it completely changed my sales (and my life).

Here is a screenshot of what our team did just this last month:

This led to $23m in sales volume and $530k in GCI for February alone.

The only reason our agents are able to make 16k phone calls and go on 1,200+ appointments is because…

  1. They know what to do and how to do it
  2. We generate a truckload of leads for them to work

We generated over 1,000 leads last month (993 in the last 30 days, to be specific)

With all that, how can you not be successful?

As long as you’re willing to follow a proven process and put in the work required to be successful, you can do it.
