Fast Value: I wasn’t making the money I wanted to because I was spending 90% of my time on the wrong stuff. The bottleneck in my business was that I didn’t have nearly enough leads to keep me busy. Once I found a way to generate tons of leads (profitably) I was able to explode my business.

I got into the business in June of 2019.

Doing open houses every weekend and spending the rest of my time doing all kinds of other stuff. Stuff other than sales.

My bottleneck (or constraint) was lead generation.

I was converting the leads I was working with, but I didn’t have enough to keep me busy.

In December, I went all in on lead generation. Specifically online lead generation. I took the money from one closing and reinvested all of it into leads the next month.

That spend turned into another deal… 2 the following month. I increased spend again, etc.

Fast forward 2 years later and I was able to do $780k in GCI in my second full year of selling real estate.

I share this because it never would have happened without solving my constraint (or bottleneck).

Most people never truly solve their constraint. Most people don’t realize what their constraint actually is. And wonder why they feel stuck in their business.

Another example in my business was when my team was struggling to convert leads like we used to. The market had changed. I was no longer selling so I couldn’t SHOW the way I used to.

The constraint was conversion…

So, I spent the next 6 months perfecting our Sales Process. To the point where I was able to build an entire Sales Masterclass about it (and share it with you).

Now… our agents are learning this process, implementing it and converting higher than we ever had before.
