Christian has grown Onyx Homes to one of the fastest growing Real Estate Sales Teams in the state. Onyx Homes has closed over 400 transactions in less than four years, and is on a major growth path. Christian's vision for the company is to become the sales team that sells more homes than any other team. Meaning we have some work to do.

The foundation of the team is extremely strong back-end support. Christian believes that Agents should focus on selling. Onyx Homes takes away as much responsibility from the agents, so they can focus on what they're best at.

Surrounding himself with industry leaders has helped Christian take Onyx Homes to the next level. Background

A bit about Christian Stubbs' background. Christian grew up in San Juan Capistrano, was the first year at San Juan Hills High School. After graduating, he continued his baseball career while studying Business at CSU Monterey Bay. Moving back to Orange County right after graduating and starting his professional career 12 days after graduating.

Christian always had a passion to 'get to work'. He started his career in the dealership industry and moved into management very quickly, learning both sales and management skills.

After purchasing his first property at 24, he saved up the money for an investment property at 26. Instead of purchasing that investment property, he took that money and invested in himself. Quitting that comfortable job and starting his career in real estate.

Vision for the Future

Christian's vision for the Onyx brand is to grow a family of companies that all deliver the same level of experience. Both to consumers and industry professionals. Christian feels that there hasn't been nearly enough innovation to the marketplace, and he intends to make a difference.
