Fix the Constraint in your Business

If not, I think this might be helpful. (It’s what I’ve done in my business to keep it growing by 20% – 30% each year through this market)

I went to a business workshop with Alex Hormozi and his team at Acquisition.com to learn how they grow businesses. If you don’t know who I’m talking about, google them.

They focus on a very simple way to grow business. They call it the ‘Theory of Constraints’. The idea is that a business will grow until it reaches its constraint.

It sounds so simple because it is. That doesn’t make it easy though…

… if you’re asking, “How does this relate to me as a real estate agent?”

Here is your answer…

This is the same idea that I use when I do pipeline reviews with agents on my team. I’ve always called it something else… the ‘kink in the hose’.

You know what I’m talking about. When you’re trying to use the hose, it folds in half, and no water comes out. Once you fix the ‘kink’, the water starts flowing again. Your business is the same.
