You aren’t going to be able to teach your agents to do exactly what you do.
But you can get close…
Fast Value: Simplify your training with frameworks. Take what you already do to be successful and narrow it down to 3-5 major points. This framework will become your “proven process”. It’s proven because it’s what you do/did. Train on those steps to teach your agents how to think through your framework.
If you listed out everything you did to sell tons of homes, the list would be a mile long.
Instead of trying to create clones of you, simplify what you do down to a few simple steps.
I struggled with this for longer than I’d like to admit…
I was trying to train my agents on my mile-long formula for success.
It didn’t work.
Then, I made a change that completely turned it around.
I simplified everything I did into 4 steps. (Since then, I’ve narrowed it down to 3)
Then I was able to train on those 3 steps. Here is an example…
Our Sales Process starts after you’d set an appointment.
1. Meet them
2. Win at the Job Interview
3. Set Next Steps (that they agree to)
Sounds simple enough. So our agents are all trained on the same principles.
But great… that doesn’t tell them exactly what to do.
You’re right.
That’s not it. Each part has a ton of parts in it. But we give our agents the framework so they can think through what to do.
For example… Meet them
What’s the goal? To meet more of the appointments you set (duh). I explain this because I used to “name” the steps, but it got too cute. I simplified it.
We want to make sure we’re doing everything we can to meet more of the appointments we set.
Pro-Tip: This is the #1 easiest way to increase conversion rates.
Once they’ve met them, we want them to know that the first meeting is a job interview (hence the name). How do they do that? They follow another framework, the CLOSER framework.
I won’t go into too much more detail for 2 reasons…
1. This email would be way too long (and I like simple)
2. I’ve made this training public for anyone to view in our community
